This year marks the 44th year of our annual Parish Bazaar! The Bazaar is a very important part of the parish year at Our Lady of the Lake. The 2019 Parish Bazaar is scheduled for Friday, September 6th, from 5pm to 10pm & Saturday, September 7th, from noon to 10pm.
Although this is only two days, a tremendous amount of preparation will be necessary to make this year's Bazaar a success. There are many opportunities to serve the Parish by volunteering to:

Bazaar Raffle Tickets have been mailed to parishioners and more are available at the parish office.
Money and completed ticket forms may be returned via mail, in person to the parish office, or dropped in the collection basket. Please return any unsold raffle tickets to the parish office.

Please start to set aside gently used household items that may be sold at the White Elephant Table, Christmas and Children’s Booths. Please remember that we cannot accept TVs, computers or monitors, exercise equipment, furniture or clothing.
Drop-off for the White Elephant Table, Potluck, Books, and Jewelry will start on Tuesday, July 30th and will continue Mondays through Thursdays only during regular parish office hours, 9AM-3PM, until Thursday, August 29th. Please do not leave items outside unattended. All items should be dropped off at the Parish Hall at the rear entrance at the times specified above. Please remember that we cannot accept TVs, computers or monitors, exercise equipment, furniture, bedding or clothing.
Items will not be accepted on any other days other than those specified.
We are also accepting items for the Books and Jewelry Booths during this time. Please, no manuals, text books, or magazines. Also, for the health of all, please do not bring any musty books.

Any parish member, parish ministry or other group/organization that would like to donate a themed basket to the Basket Raffle (formerly called the Chinese Auction) is welcome to do so. We would greatly appreciate gift certificates, new items, or cash donations. These items can be added to baskets that we make. Please leave all items at the parish office labeled for the Chinese Auction or call:

Donations of fresh picked berries are needed for pies. Please place 4 cups of berries in a Ziploc bag and place them in the freezer that is located downstairs in the parish kitchen. Thank you!
The Country Store welcomes all handmade craft donations for this year’s Parish Bazaar, including but not limited to, baby items, knit/crochet items, woodworking, sewing items, decorative painting, and more.
Country Store items may be dropped off downstairs in the church hall or in the parish office.

Pie tins, boxes, and apples will be available downstairs in the kitchen after the Masses during the weekend of August 31st & September 1st for those of you who are willing bake pies at home. If you have extra plastic grocery bags, please leave them at the table with the apples.
Apple Peelers for pie baking are needed. Please come peel and prepare apples for pies downstairs in St. Joseph’s Hall on Tuesday, September 3rd, after the 8am Mass.
Pie Baking: The baking begins on Wednesday, September 4th, after the 8am Mass downstairs in the parish kitchen. Call Vida Strazdis at 978-582-4982 with any questions.
Home Bakers: If you signed up to bake pies at home, please bring them in starting Thursday, September 5th.
Please help fill our shelves! We are looking for cookies, cupcakes, brownies, breads, squares, and any kind of fudge. PLEASE LABEL all the items and indicate if they contain nuts. If you have any favorite gluten-free or sugar-free goodies, they would also be appreciated.
You may drop off your donations beginning Thursday, September 5th after 5pm.
