February 25, 2004                            

Present: Patrick Cronin, Fr. Tim Brewer, Joseph Cloutier, Shirley Brake, and Tracy Kennedy

Meeting commenced at 7:15PM.  

Joseph Cloutier presented the Second Quarter 2/28/04 financial statement for review.  It shows a $3,033 deficit on Collection revenue of $186,703 before paying out $6,000 outstanding for the Cathedraticum and $3,000 due to the Priest Retirement Fund. 

Fr. Tim reported that $2,300 has been collected to date on the direct mail piece mailed to Parishioners with no giving record.

Fr. Tim also presented the Bishop’s Fund Campaign material, reflecting our goal at $44,917 for 2004 compared to $43,482 in 2003.  It was decided to send a direct mail piece on the Bishop’s Fund to all Parishioners during Holy Week, and to perform our In-Pew solicitation during the weekend of April 24-25.

Fr. Tim also presented a Parish Employees Pension Plan Statement for the 9/01/03 – 8/31/04 period reflecting a $21,113 under-funding in Our Lady of the Lake’s account with the Diocese.  Pat Cronin to contact Jerry Jasoume in the Diocesan Office to get clarification on the statement.

Pat Cronin reported that he is continuing to work Carol Adams at the Diocese to obtain updated Forward in Faith reports to reconcile our Project Cash Flow position.  In addition, plate names for ZAX Signage have been forwarded to ZAX.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:05 PM.
