These
ministries share financial planning and fundraising responsibilities
with the pastor to ensure the fiscal well being of the parish, which
affords this community the opportunity to share its treasures with those
in need. |
|
|
OUR LADY OF THE LAKE
ASSOCIATES organizes fundraising events
to build fellowship throughout the parish and local communities.
This group uses funds raised to finance major improvements to the
parish, as well as to make charitable contributions to others in need,
locally and globally. Members
plan the parish's annual bazaar and appreciation night, and fund other
parish projects such as a parish directory and First Communion photos.
The Associates group is led by officers, and every parishioner is
considered a member of this group.

The
BISHOPS FUND MINISTRY
works with the diocesan office to launch a successful Bishops Fund
campaign, the Bishops annual appeal program.
The group meets heavily in the spring to prepare for the
campaign, and arranges, collects and completes campaign reports. |

The
FINANCE COMMITTEE
assists the pastor in making financial decisions and in preparing an
annual budget and fiscal
